Welcome to FLIPSIDE! By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking Amendments and Cancellations
To amend or cancel a booking, you can do so via the ‘My Bookings’ section in your account or by contacting the seller directly. Please note:
• The responsibility for the original booking and any associated charges remains with you, even if contacting the seller directly.
• All cancellation fees and amendment charges are calculated based on the service price at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Amendment Fees:
• Free Cancellation or Amendments: No fees apply if changes are made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
• Changes Between 4–24 Hours Before Booking: A fee of 20% of the service price will apply.
• Changes Within 4 Hours of Booking: A fee of 60% of the service price will apply.
No-Show Policy:
If you fail to attend your scheduled booking without prior cancellation or amendment, you will be charged 100% of the service price.
2. Liability Disclaimer
FLIPSIDE acts solely as a platform connecting users and service providers. We are not responsible for:
• The quality, safety, or legality of the services provided.
• Any disputes between users and sellers, including missed appointments, cancellations, or service outcomes.
• Losses, damages, or injuries incurred during or as a result of services booked through the platform.
• Unforeseen circumstances such as delays, accidents, or cancellations caused by the service provider.
Users and sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that services are carried out as agreed.
3. Payments and Refunds

Payment is processed securely via our platform at the time of booking.

Cancellation fees and no-show charges will be automatically deducted based on the terms above.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 7 working days after any deduction of fees.

FLIPSIDE can award partial or full refunds to customers for bookings made with online payment methods. Decisions on the refunded amount, if any, are made based on the customer’s formal complaint made within 10 business days following the booking date. The formal channel for such refund requests is our email. In the case of payments handled external to our website (e.g. cash payments), FLIPSIDE will not be able to provide refunds.
4. Insurance
FLIPSIDE does not provide any form of insurance for services booked through the platform. It is the responsibility of users and sellers to ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage for any risks associated with the services provided.
5. Data Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
6. Indemnification
By using FLIPSIDE, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FLIPSIDE, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or services booked through it.
7. Code of Conduct
All users and sellers are expected to act respectfully and professionally. Any harassment, abuse, or illegal activity reported may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Platform Usage
FLIPSIDE is not liable for any technical issues, outages, or disruptions that prevent access to our platform. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England or Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
FLIPSIDE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
